At $\mathrm{pH}=2 \Rightarrow$ Medium is acidic so $-\mathrm{NH}_{2}$ group will convert to $-\mathrm{NH}_{3}^{+}$

$\therefore \quad$ At $\mathrm{pH}=10 \Rightarrow$ medium is basic

So -COOH group will convert to $-\mathrm{COO}^{\ominus}$
